My order won’t go through, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear you are having problems placing your order. The first thing to do is double check you have entered all your details correctly. If your order still won't go through check you have the required funds for your purchase or you could try using a different payment method. Although not necessary for a more enhanced shopping experience, try using the latest version available for your browser and check if you have Java Script enabled. We find users with up to date software have no difficulty using our store.
