Do I have to pay for postage if I want to return an item?

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product within the 14 day return period. In all other cases, you will have to pay for return shipping yourself. We recommend you use tracked shipping with insurance to ensure arrival of the product you are returning. We cannot be held responsible in case your product does not arrive.
