The Brick Phone has a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt. The warranty does not cover any faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, negligence, faults on the telephone line, lightning, tampering of the equipment or any attempt to adjust or repair other than through approved agents.
Please keep your original dated sales receipt as proof of warranty. You should also keep the contents of the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that you need to return your Brick Phone to our Repair Centre while it is under warranty, a handling charge may apply.
